Do you have a print catalog?

Because we strive to continue to add new cards to our line as often as possible, it is difficult to keep a printed version current.

How much is shipping?

Yeah, we know. You don’t have to pay shipping when you buy our cards in a store. But then again, there’s something to be said for not having to go INTO a store (unless it’s one of those cool little boutiques that carry our cards, of course. We’d rather you do that to support our stockists.) 

Having said that, we decided that all retail purchases should come with FREE SHIPPING! That’s just how we roll. 

If you are one of our beloved wholesale buyers, it’s a mere $60 minimum for FREE SHIPPING. Pretty good, huh? 

Are your cards as good as the ones I'd buy I'd buy in a big box chain store?

No, actually they’re a million times better and funnier. And you don’t have to fight traffic, find a parking spot, deal with snarky salespeople, or other people’s crying kids. However, we’ll still stake out malls on your behalf so that we have something to dish about in our cards. It’s a total win for everyone.

How soon will I get my cards?

We pretty much drop everything to fill your orders as soon as you place them. In fact, we’re just sitting around here waiting for you to buy tons of cards and make us rich. No pressure, or anything. And since we use USPS (USPS Priority Mail / UPS for wholesale customers) you should get your cards in a couple of days.

Where and how are the cards made?

No foreign factories for us. Our cards are professionally printed by an ISO 9001:2015 certified printer in Southern California on 120# FSC certified stock. And we employ Middle Earth faeries to sprinkle each card with that extra touch of whimsy before it’s shipped. Okay, that last part is NOT true, but we wish it were. Can I have a custom greeting printed inside the card?

Although we constantly crack ourselves up with our witty brand of humor, we assume you can be pretty droll, as well. Which is why we dearly wish we could say yes. But unfortunately, we are no longer equipped for that. However, we’d be more than happy to help you find just the right card for your special occasion. 

What form of payment do you accept?

Since we have moved to Etsy and Tundra (for wholesale orders), you pay them directly.

Credit cards work great (net terms available on Tundra) because cash is hard enough to keep track of even when it’s right in front of you.

What method of shipping do you use?

We use good ole USPS (USPS Priority Mail / UPS with tracking for wholesale). It’s not that we love hanging out at the post office with nothing better to do, it’s just that we try to keep costs down.

And in anticipation of your next question, no we don’t typically FedEx or UPS overnight. However, if you need your cards YESTERDAY, contact us and we’ll work something out.
